If you’re looking for a home to home comfort caravan then our caravan is the one for you, we have indoor and outdoor toys to keep the children entertained whilst you relax.

Not wanting to explore the park? We have WIFI Netflix and DVDs available whilst you put your feet up.

We personally clean the caravan ourselves and also meet and greet before your holiday begins to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Wanting your food before you arrive but hate putting it away? We have you covered happy to accept deliveries and pop it away so you don’t have to.

We have a buggy to save you bringing yours, we also have a mobility scooter to hire for a small charge, we are also pet friendly so why don’t you bring them along to enjoy the fun.

Are you celebrating a birthday/occasion whilst away? Let us know we love to decorate the caravan to make your stay even better. Balloons banners we’ve got you covered.

Plenty to do close by from dog walks on site to zoo just outside camp to a local beach and easy access in to Blackpool We look forward to hearing from you.

Couldnt of asked for anything more to be added to this caravan, absolutely stunning it is, owner met us on arrival to welcome me my wife and our 6 children and dog. From booking the caravan up until us leaving owner was fabulous with making sure the caravan had everything all ready and more then enough facilities/equipment even toys for the kids, caravan was spotless, soo clean loads of space, I was even abit cheeky and asked if it had a slow cooker and the owner came back with one for us. Owner should be very proud of herself and how she conducts her business. Deffinately would return and recommend to anyone!

What can I say, we had a perfect weekend. We are returning guests who can’t keep away that much we are back again at Easter. Brilliant communication before we arrived, greeted when arrived which makes things even more better. Caravan was spotless cosy & a bonus there was toys to keep the kids entertained. Alison we adore you so much! See you next week x

Love it when friends become like family, so happy you had as good a time my 3 bed as in the 2 bed Elan. Lovely at Easter to spending time and playing bingo. Thanks so much x
