Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Shearwater (Sea Birds) area at Primrose Valley and has its own private parking next to the caravan. Its located around a 4-5 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. This caravan benefits from lovely sea views.

Outside Area: The wrap around decking is enclosed and has outside seating for 4.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two and three seater sofa with coffee table and stools, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer. The dining area seats 4. Free Wi-Fi available.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 3 Bedrooms (x1 double and x2 twins), sleeping 8 guests in total with the double sofa bed. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet and wash basin separate en-suite to the master.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
