Filey Bay Holiday Lets are a local letting agent offering a range of holiday accommodation in Filey. We have a team of staff on hand for any queries or questions before, during or after your stay with us.

Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Skua area within Seabirds at Primrose Valley and has a drive for one vehicle. Its located around a 5-6 minute walk to the main complex and a 2 minute walk to the beach path. The caravan is located around a small lake with amazing views.

Outside Area: The wrap around decking has outside seating and also a gate making it enclosed.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a three seater sofa, armchair and stool, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, undercounter fridge and separate freezer plus a washer/drier. The dining table seats up to 4. Free W-Fi is available.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (x1 double and x1 twin) sleeping 4 guests in total. The master bedroom comes with its own TV. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and bath with overhead shower en-suite to the master.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
