Filey Bay Holiday Lets are a local letting agent offering a range of holiday accommodation in Filey. We have a team of staff on hand for any queries or questions before, during or after your stay with us.

Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Puffin (Sea Birds) area at Primrose Valley and has its own private parking next to the caravan. Its located around a 4-5 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. This caravan benefits from amazing sea views.

Outside Area: The wrap around decking is enclosed and has seating for 4.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two and three seater sofa with footstool, a 42’ Smart TV with DVD Player and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a full size fridge freezer. The dining area seats 4.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 3 Bedrooms, sleeping 7 guests in total. The main bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has x2 full size single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed plus a set of bunkbeds. Please note the bunkbeds are to sleep children only. The main bedroom and twin room have their own TVs. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and shower separate en-suite to the master.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
