Description

3 bedroom caravan sleeps up to 8 guests

Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to fully enclosed gated ramped veranda with patio table and chairs.

Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs.

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also ensuite wc and sink. 2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds. Sleeps 8 in total using bed settee in lounge.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. Please remember to take bottom sheets, pillow case and duvet covers.

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet.

Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with gate.

Situation - The caravan is situated in a beautiful area of the site on Sunset View with views over the bay

This caravan stay was perfect for me and my family and if anything there was too much space! 3 great sized bedrooms! The facilities are excellent in the caravan and on the site and the views are just perfect. The outside decking area allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the weather and excellent views of the sea and the ramp access was perfect for when our little girl was in her pushchair. Never have I ever to a holiday home with such a fantastic shower, it felt more like being in a 5???? hotel! Would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn't smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bacs.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
