Our Deluxe 2018, 36ftx12ft, 8 berth Abi Horizon caravan situated on the Haven Flagship site at Devon Cliffs in Exmouth, located on Damson Green, with close, easy access to the main complex and all activities and a short walk to the beach onsite, we have a front veranda on the van. We also have FREE WIFI

The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets.

We have a TV in the lounge with a DVD player. Our caravan is fully double glazed and we have air blow heating, we have a electric fire in the lounge.

There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and a toilet off the hallway - perfect for the larger families.

Main bedroom has a double bed, and there are a further 2 twin rooms, bedding can be hired at the time of booking. £10 per double, £5 per single

Décor may differ slightly as the owner has put their own personal touches to the van. If you wish to sleep 8 the use of the sofa bed in the lounge will be required

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday .

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, for details of costs please ask, without passes, access is restricted to the beach, Spar shop, and the South Beach Cafe, but there is plenty to do within a short drive/bus ride if you would like a different kind of break
