Our Prestige 6 berth Caravan situated on the Haven Flagship site at Devon Cliffs in Exmouth, in the Beech Walk area, this is close to both the beach and the main complex, we also have ramped access onto the decking so it is wheelchair accessible.

The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets.

We have a TV in the lounge with a DVD player. And a TV in all 3 bedrooms

There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an extra toilet in the hallway - perfect for the larger families.

Main bedroom has a double bed, and the twin rooms have 2 singles in. Bedding is NOT supplied but can be hired from ourselves. We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday.

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, for details of costs please ask, without passes, access is restricted to the beach, Spar shop, and the South Beach Café, but there is plenty to do within a short drive/bus ride if you would like a different kind of break:
