Welcome to our family owned caravan at Butlins, Skegness.

Its features are:
- 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. (There is a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge area)
- Double glazing
- Gas fire in lounge and heaters in the bedrooms / bathroom
- Large fridge / freezer
- FREE WiFi included
- FREE bed linen included
- TV and Blu-ray player in the lounge. It is a smart tv and has a nowtv remote to access catch up tv.
- Selection of DVD's
- Toy cupboard with various toys and games for all ages
- Dining area
- Wrap around seating in lounge
- Two separate toilets
- Main bathroom with shower
- Large veranda with outdoor seating
- In a quiet location on the resort
- Parking space outside the caravan

The caravan is non smoking and we do not allow pets unfortunately due to allergies.

Prices include up to 4 passes for 2 adults and 2 Children. Children are aged between 2-14 years. Under 2 are free but need to be added to the booking and Children 15 and over require an adults wristband. Additional wristband can be added to suit your party requirements.

There is a £75 security bond to be added to your booking which is taken as a deposit when booking your break and added to your balance. Once the caravan has been checked your security bond will be returned. If there are any damages / missing items the replacement cost will be deducted first and the remaining will be transferred to you.

An earlier check in time, or later check out time may be possible. Please contact me before booking to check whether it is possible.
