2 bedroom caravan situated in Jay which is a very popular and centrally located area of the park as provides great access to the facilities whilst not being too close I ensure a restful nights sleep if you have small children.

The holiday home facilities include:
A large shaped sofa at the end of the caravan the centre of which opens out into a sofa bed which is extremely comfortable.
2 bedrooms - double and 2 singles - all with luxury toppers.
Double glazing.
Electric fire.
Toaster.
Kettle.
Large integrated fridge freezer.
Gas cooker with separate grill.
Smart tv in lounge room and main bedroom.
Microwave.
Decking complete with patio furniture.

The There are many beautiful places to visit in and around the area, such as beaches, town centres, historical places, lakes, railways and much more.

Please note, No smoking.

A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking. A security bond of £100.00 is also required and shall be returned after your holiday due to no damages and that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy state. Full balance of the holiday is to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival.

Check out is at 10am

Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel your holiday may we please ask that you telephone us in the first instance and notify us in writing within 7 days.
In the event of cancellation the following charges apply.
Number of days in advance of Holiday start date cancellations charges are payable:
56 days or more - deposit only.
55-29 days - 50% of total holiday cost
28 days or less 100% of total holiday cost.

There is a 24 hour security service on the site and details and contact numbers shall be provided in a welcome pack once you arrive to start your holiday. There is a shop on site should you require and groceries and refreshments. There is also a launderette that you can use. They are many activities for children and adults. Evening entertainment in the show bar, pub/restaurant and take away services, indoor swimming pool, crazy golf, outdoor play area and amusement arcade. Please note that some activities will require a guest pass that you can obtain from the reception office at an additional fee.
