IF MY 10 BERTH IS BOOKED PLEASE ASK ABOUT MY OTHER 10 BERTH VAN. My 10 berth caravan, comprises of 4 bedroom 1x Double bedroom with freeview tv on the wall and 3x single bedrooms and a Double pull out bed in the living room.The toilet and shower are seperate which comes in handy when you have children.ALSO AVAILABLE I HAVE A TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR PLEASE REQUEST IF NEEDED WHEN BOOKING THANK YOU.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials such as a toaster, kettle,fridge/freezer compartment. roasting tin, baking sheet, etc - everything you will need. Also we have freeview tv with Dvd player.duvets and pillows are provided. We do not supply sheets and duvet covers or towels so you will need to supply your own. Or you can hire them for £30 please request when booking thank you.
The Chase Caravan Park is a 15 minute walk from the big market and Fantasy Island. Its a 5 minute walk from the beach, arcades, pubs, takeaways,Butlins is a 5 min drive away, and loads more. The shop is located on site and is open every day until 10 pm they sell hot sausage rolls,frozen food,drinks,snacks and loads more

The Chase caravan Park has a new family show bar full of entertainment for everyone , lovely selection of meals served daily and cocktails for all tastes.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
On booking your holiday a deposit of £75 must be paid to reserve your chosen week/s, this deposit also acts as a bond and is added on top of the price of your holiday but will be refunded within 2 weeks after your stay, if the van is left clean & no damages found. full balance must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday, I accept weekly payments via bank Transfer or direct into the bank.
Bedding can be supplied for a additional charge of £40 this includes sheets, Pillow Cases/Duvet covers.
Duvets and pillows are provided.

Blue Anchor Leisure Limited has a Major New Investment in Ingoldmells. They are pleased to announce a new 1.5-million-pound development on their Chase caravan park on Anchor Lane. The New Development boasts a large Family Bar and Restaurant offering an excellent variety of food and drink, live entertainment and showing live sports. It also contains a large indoor childrens soft play area. Outside there is a substantial south facing decked area complete with seating and a large outdoor childrens playground. Also included in the development is a state of the art laundrette.Everything is within 5 mins walking distance. The Chase Office and shop and launderette on site. Hardy Animal Farm across the road. Beach 5 mins walk and all arcades, clubs and pubs, takeaways and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Everything you would need is all within a 5 minute walk. Fantasy island is 15 mins walk. It's worth asking the site office for the quickest cut through!

There is a £75 deposit/bond on family Breaks and £100 deposit/bond on adult weekends. First of all this is to secure the break, and then is held as a bond against any damage or cleaning costs that may be incurred after your stay. Your deposit will be returned within 7-10 working days. Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your break.

Bedding can be supplied for a additional charge of £30 this includes Pillow Cases/Duvet covers. Travel Cot and Collapsible Highchair available upon request at no extra charge. Smoking is only permitted outside.
