Chris-Ti-Ann at Hedley Wood holiday park offers a great opportunity to have a relaxing holiday on the border between Devon and Cornwall. Just a few miles from the award winning coastal resort of Bude. Hedley Wood is perfect for seeking fresh air, new experiences and quiet escapes into Devon, Cornwall, Dartmoor, Bodmin and the Tarka trail are all within easy reach.

Chris-Ti-Ann is a spacious, three bedroomed static home, offering one double and two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and one en-suite. Sleeping up to 6 guests it is spacious but cosy and in a peaceful rural setting.

Park Holiday's Hedley Wood site is in a lovely rural location with easy access to the wonderful beaches of North Cornwall or North Devon and a ten minute drive into the tourist hot spot of Bude town with its wonderful beaches or beautiful walks along the coast path.

We are lucky that our holiday home is situated in a fantastic part of the park with views from the gated wrap around decking to the lovely ponds complete with ducks and moorhen. We also have regular visits from geese, herons, and kingfisher. You can even watch the comings and goings of the life on the ponds from the comfort of the sofa with a cuppa or glass of wine in hand.

The decking area has a patio table and 6 chairs for your private use beyond your parking space.
The nearest beach is the blue flag award winning Widemouth Bay which is a ten minute drive.
The holiday home has parking for a maximum of 2 cars.

Our holiday home is perfect for families or couples with double glazing, central heating, modern electric fire, flat screen TV (Free sat & DVD) in living room.
There is a very well-equipped kitchen, contains everything you would expect from a self-catering property. Oven, hob, microwave, and fridge / freezer.
Family bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink, with doors opening directly from the hallway and from the main bedroom. There is also an additional ensuite in the main bedroom with toilet and sink. Superfast WiFi can be provided at extra cost with the park.

**Coming for summer 2023 fantastic indoor swimming pool and restaurant, bar, shop and games room**. As yet we have no information on the cost of passes to use the pool.

**Please note that from early November 2022 through until early July 2023 the old facilities complex is being rebuilt to house a large indoor swimming pool and new restaurant/bar shop etc ready for the 2023 holiday season.** The use of the holiday home will not be affected during this time but please be aware that external facilities will not be available during autumn/winter 2022.**

BBQ’s are not allowed on the plastic decking.
Pet allowed but not on furniture please.
No smoking.
