Our Family have owned our Phoenix caravan for 7 years from new, the caravan has been privately used and also let through Parkdean. We offer our caravan out for rental, to people who are going to enjoy the caravan and it is in a great location for Portsmouth, Gunwharf Keys, and Bognor Regis. We would love you to enjoy the caravan as much as we have and look forward to you staying at our caravan and having a great holiday.

Description

Located on the Hayling Island Holiday Park which has been awarded 4 stars by the Tourist Board. Situated just 5 minutes from the sea front, Beach, Nature Walks, Funfair and Amusement Park.

The Phoenix is fully equipped to sleep 2-6 people; has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin rooms Full Shower room and separate toilet with sink. This accommodation also benefits from double glazing and central heating . Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining and seating area coffee machine and free WiFi The veranda provides a spacious outdoor seating area.

The site amenities include: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bar/club, restaurant, fish and chip takeaway, convenience store, amusement arcade, children's activities, children's soft play area, outdoor play area, football pitch, archery, dog walking area/field. These facilities can only be accessed with Royale resorts site passes children under 5 free, children over 5 and adults £10,

Bed Linen Supplied for twins and double room but not Sofa bed. Towels not supplied
NOTE: The stated prices for the entertainment passes are from 2022. Prices for 2023 may be different and will be updated when the prices are announced by the park

The site is 15/20 minute walk from the beach and there are number of pubs and eateries on the island that also provide a takeaway/delivery service. Visiting Portsmouth and the surrounding area is easy with excellent travel links to the South of England, A frequent Bus runs from just outside the front gates.

A £100 damage deposit is required returnable after departure and checks of the caravan have been completed.

Spacious and clean caravan with everything we needed as a base to explore the island. Excellent spot on the site too and close to everything we wanted to do. We had a brilliant short stay

A lovely presented caravan in a great location. The entertainment at the holiday park and the size of the single beds within the caravan are suited to younger children.

We’ve had a lovely, sunny stay in the caravan this Easter. The caravan has everything you could need with plenty space for 4 adults & 2 children and was exceptionally clean with new pillows, duvets and homely touches. The park has lots of great things for little ones and we’ve had lots of fun winning tickets in the arcade. Brilliant location within a walk or short bus ride to the sea front & fun fair. Yummy fish and chips from ‘Whistlers Fine Fish & Chips’ down the road. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful caravan and we can’t wait to visit again soon.
