Description

Our 3 bedroomed spacious family caravan is located on the lovely quiet Millfield Caravan Park where this is a park for the kids to enjoy.

It has 1 Double bedroom with wardrobes and a dressing table and 2 x twin rooms with wardrobes and a pull out sofa in the living room.

Our Caravan is well equipped with an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and mobile oil filled electric heaters in the bedrooms.

It a shower room with a basin and also a separate toilet.

Millfield site is on Walls Lane opposite and is approximately 10 minutes walk from Butlins or about a 25 walk minutes from Fantasy Island.
Alternatively there is a bus stop at the end of the road to catch the bus to either Ingoldmells, Skegness or Chapel St Leonards.
Also at the end is the Cheers bar which serve food and a convenience store along with a fish and chip shop.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodation was very big plenty of room, had everything we needed. There a few things that were not up to standard though and a little concern. The gas cooker had no safety features so everytime someone made a drink the cooker dial was turned with body which released the gas. Also the spare pillows in the wardrobe for bed in room. One of the pillows had lots of mouldy patches. They was little spiders all over too. Love the way the keys are in safe lock outside the caravan helped so much on days out.

Thank you for your feedback. The cooker is how it was when we bought the caravan and has passed the gas safety checks which is done every year. As for the pillows these are rarely used and will be replaced immediately if this is the case and we will check for the spiders we can’t help spiders getting into the caravan.

We require a £50 deposit to secure the dates you would like, this this will be deducted from the full holiday price. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
The balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. A security deposit of £50.00 will also be required and this will be paid back to you after inspection of the caravan providing there is no loss and/or breakages.
