The perfect family or couples retreat, the Fegsy’s Favela can sleep up to six people in this spacious lodge situated in the Percy Woods Golf and Country Park.

The lodge is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, has its own little lake, full of wildlife, we are often woken by the bird-song....lovely. The sitting room as a 3 piece suite, plus electric fire, smart TV with Firestick, IPTV and all channels including children's and PPV.

The kitchen is well designed and comes with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster – all mod cons. There’s everything you'll need for a break away.

The dining table, which seats six, is opposite the kitchen and has a very large window to enjoy the view outside.

The master bedroom has ensuite access to bathroom 1 with walk-in shower. There’s a good sized dresser, wall mirror, plus wardrobe - it also has a smart TV.

The first twin bedroom is a good size, has full size twin beds, a wardrobe, dressing table and smart TV. From here you can gain access to either family bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, which pull out to form a double bed, so plenty of options for the family. This room also has a wardrobe, dressing table and Smart YV.

We have two bathrooms, one with full size walk-in shower, the other has a full size bath - both have sink unit and wc.

Fegsy’s Favela has a fantastic outside large decking, here guests can sit out in the basking sun or under the stars, lounge on the fantastic outdoor seating, star gaze in an evening, relax and enjoy a BBQ and beverage. we also have larger outside space to sit out on the grass if you wish, we have more room than is standard around the rest of the park.

Parking is available right next to the lodge, for two cars. We provide a buggy for around the park and the free golf, but this is used at your own risk, no-one under the age of 18 to drive it, and limited to just 2 people.
