A spacious 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps 8 people situated at the popular Park Dean Cayton Bay. Situated in a good location (Ivy) . The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms as well as a pull-out bed in the lounge area for a further 2 guests, in total sleeping 8 people. The caravan is fully double-glazed and central heated throughout and has a shower room with toilet and an additional separate toilet.

The kitchen/lounge area is open plan making it a spacious living area. The kitchen is well equipped including fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans, ironing board & iron. The Lounge area offers a 40” Smart TV, offering both Freeview channels as well as online content such as Netflix & Amazon Prime (you will need to use your own login for these apps). The caravan also features a Bluetooth speaker and a Blu-ray player. The master bedroom also features a 21” flat screen tv with a DVD player.

There a USB plugs situated in each of the 3 bedrooms as well as the living area. Pillows and duvets are included, however you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. We can supply linen, and towels at an additional cost. We are Pet Friendly, if your dog is well behaved. Please could you inform us before booking, of how many dogs will be attending? This is perfect to take your fur babies to the lovely dog-friendly beach. Any damage caused by any misbehaving dogs will be charged.

The caravan has its own unlimited Wi-Fi which can be used throughout.

Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan. Please note we do not accept Hen or Stag Parties or Large Same Sex Adult Groups. No over-occupancy allowed.

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking. A security bond of £100.00 is also required and shall be returned after your holiday due to no damages and that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy state. The full balance of the holiday is to be paid in full 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Entertainment passes are not included within the price of the booking, but can be purchased from the park reception on arrival. If you don’t wish to use the entertainment, you DO NOT NEED to purchase a pass, however please note that some of the new facilities are not covered by the site passes, and you will need to pay extra for these activities
