About the owner

My happiest time I can remember as a child are the days we spent at our family caravan at Jaywick Sands Clacton-on- Sea. At the age of fifteen my father had to sell our van ( which was heart breaking) after having my children my dad decided to buy another holiday home at Camber Sands which we had for a number of years so that my children can get to experience the same type of holidays I had the privilege of. When meeting my husband we continued our love of caravaning in different parts of the UK, until we came across Skegness (by accident) traveling through it on the way home to London. I was in awe and suggested we had to visit. We booked a caravan at Butlins and instantly fell in love with it. We went straight to caravan sales and bought our beautiful caravan in 2019, and have not looked back since. We love the feeling we get when being away in our holiday home and always look forward to going. We feel so relaxed and content and it’s always so sad to have to leave. We have enjoyed our holiday home for 3 years now but unfortunately are struggling to keep up with the running costs, so reluctantly we have decided the only way in which we are able to continue to keep our beloved home is to advertise and to hire out our van for others to love and enjoy. This year will be the first time anyone has stayed in our caravan apart from my husband and myself, and we are hoping that whoever visits our holiday home will love and take care of it as much as us.

Prices include; 2adult plus 2 children's passes ( children are between the ages of 2-14) and extra passes can be purchased to suit your holiday needs. Babies under 2 will not need a pass but must be added to your booking party. Bedding for all bedrooms are provided and made up on arrival. Central heating in every room. Electric log fire. 49 inch smart tv in living room with remote. 2 washrooms, one with a powerful shower. Games provided for the little ones. fully equipped kitchen with kettle toaster and utensils should you choose to eat in. A large glass wrap round veranda with uplifted lighting, Patio furniture. Welcome to our beautiful platinum 2019 Atlas Festival caravan. situated on a popular part of the park only a short walk from the main Butlins complex and beach. Our caravan is situated on a lovely and peaceful part of the park, and is ideal for your little ones to run about outside. As proud owners we have taken much time, love and devotion to provide our beloved van with modern furnishings to create a cosy and relaxing environment for our guests to enjoy. it is fully equipped with all the utensils you need should you choose to eat from home. The caravan boasts a south facing aspect, where you can enjoy the sunshine from morning to evening!

Our caravan has three bedrooms with two single rooms comprising of twin beds. and the main master room with a double. There are two washrooms one with powerful shower. And we are proud to say we are the only caravan owners on site with a large glass wrap-round veranda, south facing so you can enjoy longer hours relaxing in the sunshine, with 18 upright spot lights to set the mood for a relaxing evening. Sit outside on our beautiful wicker furniture and watch the sun go down, or just have that evening meal.

We are a short walk from the famous Ingoldmels with its lovely beaches, arcades, bars pubs and restaurants, one of the largest outdoor markets, funfair, and designer outlets. Or travel on top of one of Skegness's open topped character buses such as shelly the seasider into the town centre to do some shopping, play in the arcades, enjoy the funfair, play crazy golf, visit the aquarium, or the baby seals. enjoy a cocktail or just laze on the beach.

Owner's booking terms

Our caravan is strictly non smoking or vaping inside of the van (but is permitted on the outside seating area). unfortunately we also do not allow any pets due to allergies. To secure your dates we ask for a £50 deposit (when booked 8 weeks or more in advance). For any bookings which are made 8 weeks (56 days) or less from your holiday start date, We ask for the balance to be paid in full. An additional £10 booking fee would also be added to the total cost of your holiday due to admin fees. PLEASE NOTE; any deposits and admin fees made are non-refundable should you choose to cancel your holiday stay (please contact us for further information). There is a security bond of £100 (refundable) which is taken when making your booking. this is to ensure the cover of any loss, damages or breakables to our holiday home occurred during your stay. security bonds are refunded once an inspection of the holiday home have been completed. Prices include 4 free passes ( 2 adult's, plus 2 children's passes). Children are classed of the age of 2-14 years. Under 2's go free , however but must still be added onto your booking form when booking. Additional wristbands can be purchased at an extra cost to suit your holiday party. You may check in to your holiday home from 3 pm (15:00) due to cleaning and making sure the holiday home is perfect for your stay. and we ask for guests to depart no later than 10 am so we can carry out a thorough inspection and clean ready for our next guests to arrive. ...Show less
