A beautiful holiday home located at Havens Thorpe Park, Lincolnshire.2 bed 6 birth Located on Lakeside in a quiet end could de sac, perfect if you have young children. 4 minute walk to main complex and direct access to the beach within a few minutes walk from the caravan. Lots of beautiful walks close by.
Our caravan is home from home with a large comfortable corner seating in the lounge with television, ps3 and games, Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling. A pull out double bed is also stored underneath the seating for additional guests. Plus a comfortable dining area.
fully fitted and equipped kitchen which includes fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils and equipment you will need for your stay. The side door opens onto a secured decking area with outdoor lights and seating.
A large main bedroom with double bed and ensuite. Huge wardrobe space and space for a travel cot (available on request).
The second bedroom has two standard single beds and wardrobe space, tv and dvd player in the room. A good sized bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. Double glazing throughout with gas fire in the lounge and blower heaters in the bedrooms.

If you wish to purchase entertainment passes this can be done on arrival at Havens reception desk.
All bedding is provided but towels are not. Tea towels, toilet roll and cleaning products are provided.
Check in from 2pm. Check out 11am.
No need to stand in the queues at reception you can go straight to the caravan as we have a key lockbox and will provide you with the code to access them.
A welcome basket is provided for all our stays.
Lots to do on site, a brand new adventure village with activities including climbing wall, big jump, Ariel adventure, mini gold, bungee trampolines. Also a splash park, new adventure park, outdoor entertainment stage with outdoor bar, sand park, lazy river, hot tub, outdoor water slides. Indoor pool, arcades, soft play, sports court, archery, nature activities, golf course, fishing lakes, Segway hire and so much more!
Lots of restaurants and food outlets both on site and in Cleethorpes itself, you can have takeaways delivered to your caravan for the nights your not wanting to go out.
You will be asked to pay a £50 deposit (£100 if pets are staying) to secure your booking and is also a damage deposit, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided the caravan is left in a clean and no damage has occurred. Full payment is required 4 weeks before your holiday date. If full payment is not received then the deposit will not be returned and the holiday will be re-let. All monies will be refunded if Covid restrictions by the government means your holiday is cancelled.
A booking form will be sent to you to fill out and take note of our T&Cs and will need to be filled out and returned to us.
