This is a brand new caravan . Situated on a fantastic pitch in Skomer with a garden which is great for families. 5 to 10 minute walk in to Tenby town and the beach.

The master bedroom has a double bed, tv, dressing table, wardrobes and storage space as well as an en suite WC.
There are two twin rooms with two single beds, wardrobes and cupboards and mirror.
Modern kitchen that is fully equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, integrated microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and gas cooker.
Spacious lounge with 40" tv, electric fireplace, integrated sound system, USB points and tow sofas, one of which has a pull out bed.
The lounge has French doors that lead out on to a decking area.
The decking area also leads round to the side of the caravan where there is a larger area for lounging.
There are steps leading from the decking area on to the garden which also has seating and an area for BBQing.
There is a car park situated right next to the garden of the caravan with a path leading to it.

A non refundable payment of £50 is required on booking to secure the date, which will be deducted from the final balance. A £100 bond is also required along with the final balance. (This will be refunded with in 24 hours of vacating the caravan if there are no damages) The final balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
