My Caravan is pet friendly and has is fully double glazed and has a comfortable furnished lounge with 50 inch HD TV Netflix and Freesat.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all cutlery, pots pans etc, fridge and separate freezer, full size cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, slow cooker and a Nespresso drink maker.

It has a private drive for 3 cars right next to the caravan.

It has three bedrooms, one double and two twins. Both twin beds can be pushed together to make double beds.

There is a shower, small bath, wash basin and toilet.

Heating is by means of electric fire in the lounge, with gas panel heaters in the bedrooms and hallway.

All patio furniture, umbrella and loungers are there to enjoy, Smoke alarm, Carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher.

The caravan is 10 minutes drive from Buttermere and Bathenswaite lakes and 15 minutes drive from Kewisk village , ideal location for anywhere you want to visit in the Lakes

Outside there is a decking area, with lovely views of the mountains with table, chairs and parasol.

The caravan is owner cleaned at the end of each occupancy.

The site is situated one mile from the market town Cockermouth and is a quiet family fun site. Public transport stops outside the park.
