Our Willerby Boston Lodge in Pagham at Church Farm is very spacious and located on a private gated road at Lagoon View.

It has a wrap around large decking with views of the lagoon. Only minuets walk to the Beach and Nature Reserve with no need for any vehicles everything is in walking distance.

The lodge has three large bedrooms. Master Bedroom has a King size bed, walk through wardrobe and en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have two full size three foot single beds together with plenty of wardrobe space and both have smart TV's on the wall.

There is also a family shower room with toilet and basin. The lounge and dining arears are spacious with free standing furniture, a 43 inch smart TV on wall and gas effect fire for those colder evenings.

The Kitchen area is open plan to the lounge and is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 5 burner hob, built in double oven and microwave together with plenty of crockery, kitchen utensils and cupboard space.

There is a larger than normal plot on side of the lodge for kids to play on and parents relax on.

NO SMOKING in or around the caravan at anytime.

Electric cars are not allowed to be charged from the caravan. If reported by Haven an extra charge will be required of £100.

No BBQs should be used on any part of the decking or veranda, for safety reasons and to avoid damage or discolouration.

Towels, Tea towels, shower mat not supplied.

All bed linen included with beds made up on arrival.

PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED - they need to be purchased directly from the Activities hub on arrival

There are excellent facilities including heated indoor and outdoor pools, a variety of entertainments for adults and children, the Mash and Barrel bar and restaurant and a Fish and Chip Shop. Should you wish to use these facilities passes can be purchased from the main reception. Forms can be forwarded to you in advance to make the process easier if needed.

There is a good mini mart on site for all your day to day needs. Pagham has an excellent Coop and nearby Nytimber village has a Tesco Express, cash point, Post Office and a selection of local pubs. There are also a number of nearby Takeaways that offer Home Delivery.

Chichester offers excellent shopping, a renowned theatre and a multiplex cinema with restaurants.
Half an hour’s drive will take you to Portsmouth and its Historic Dockyard, as well as outlet shopping and restaurants at GunWharf Quays. Arundel’s lovely town, famous castle and Wetlands Trust Bird Reserve are very near. Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses are also within easy reach. East and West Wittering offer a quaint village and vast expanses of sandy beach.
