Perran Sands - Holiday Accommodation 16928

This amazing caravan will give you the perfect home from home on your stay.
Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen which will allow you to cook perfect home meals.
Ideal if you enjoy long walks and unforgettable views, it is situated near the dunes which lead down to the amazing Perran Sands Beach.
You can sit in the caravan and watch the sun set over the sea; stunning!
Outside there is a large grassy patio area equipped with an 8 person wooden round picnic table and we also have a small BBQ stored there. You will need your own coals.
This is the first year we've let it out so it's as good as new.
There is one double bedroom & two small twin rooms, there is also a double fold up bed in the lounge.

This caravan is also equipped with a high chair, Perfect Prep machine, steriliser, children's stool, and travel cot. We have grandchildren ourselves so we appreciate how much is required to bring with you for young children, that's why we have left a lot of our own equipment in place to make life easier for you!

There is a large DVD selection for any quiet nights as well as a selection of children's DVDs to keep little ones quiet when needed.

Situated on the amazing Perran Sands Haven site which is in the Cornwall countryside, just a mile or so from Perranporth and about 8 miles from Newquay. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay but near enough for very easy access. There is even a bus at the gate of the site which takes you in either direction. Perranporth can be reached on foot via the road (1.3 miles) or the cliff top, or indeed from the beach when the tide is out. The tide comes right up to the cliffs so we recommend using an app to get tide times. When the tide is right out the expanse of beach is just stunning. You can walk all the way from the start of Penhale beach, all the way across to Perranporth. The path down to the beach is pedestrian use only and can be a little challenging. It is possible to walk across the beach to perranporth (when the tide is out) and get a bus back to the top of the site if the walk back up is too much (It is advised to check bus and tide times so you don't get caught out!).
Perfect for surfing, sunbathing and picnicking in an uncrowded, relaxed atmosphere. The site surf school makes Perran Sands a great spot for surfing beginners. And if you’re a bit more experienced or just want to try another challenge then we’re just a few miles from Newquay and some of the best surfing beaches in the UK.

Penhale Beach- this is the beautiful beach that is overlooked by the dunes on the caravan site. This joins Perranporth Beach when the tide is out. This beach can be accessed by foot only via a winding private road on the site and is quite a steep walk
