Welcome to our beautiful caravan; a perfect holiday home with spacious comfortable living.

The living room has a huge snuggly sofa facing the 43" TV and cosy gas fire.

There is a spacious dining table with benches and stools opposite the modern and well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a full size fridge freezer, large range style gas oven and hob, kettle, toaster microwave and air fryer.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated with combi boiler for hot water.

There is a double bedroom with wardrobe, storage and small vanity area plus two twin bedrooms both with wardrobe space. There is a modern bathroom with double space shower, hand basin and toilet plus and an additional separate toilet. All are located along the hallway at the opposite end of the van with a door separating the living and sleeping area to ensure you can continue to enjoy your evening once the kids are in bed without worrying about waking the baby! There are a selection of games for you to enjoy.

Outside is a large secure decking area with lockable gate, patio table and chairs and a small green area. Cars can be parked alongside the van or in front on the grass area, further parking is in the large communal car park.

The location is just perfect, a few minutes walk from Manorbier train station, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, and a 15 minute walk to the incredible Manorbier beach, castle and medieval church. Next door is an independent garden centre with excellent tearooms and Sunday lunch, and just over the road is a fish and chips shop. There are so many attractions, beautiful beaches and coastal walks and we are more than happy to help advise where to visit.
