My name is Joanne Andrews, I am a registered nurse with loads of experience in health care and patient management. I am currently an NHS health officer and I also engage in health management consultancy. We love spending quality time at our caravan at Cala gran holiday park with the children. We rent out our caravan at a discounted price so that you can enjoy it as much as our family does. We hope you will enjoy your time in this wonderful caravan

Hi, I'm Joanne and this is our lovely caravan located at Cala Gran, Fleetwood, Blackpool. We have spent many summers and winters here, exploring the lovely Blackpool Coast with our dog. This is our first season renting out our caravan aside from a few rents to family and friends. We hope you will love it here as much as we do. All I ask is that you treat the caravan with love and respect, and hopefully you will come back again and again like we do. Thank you, Joanne

Description

A spacious 3 bedroom caravan that sleeps 6 people ideally and extra 2 people in the lounge.

This is situated at the popular Cala Gran Park Fleetwood, Blackpool. It is Situated in a very good location.

The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms as well as a big comfortable couch that can be turned to a bed in the lounge area for a further 2 guests which in in total can accommodate 8 people. Please note, the sofa is not a pull out bed sofa but it is big enough to serve as a sleeping bed. It is therefore important that customers take note that although, we allow a maximum of 8 people in the caravan, it is nevertheless important to note that the caravan is ideally for 6 people.

The caravan is fully double-glazed and central heating throughout and has a shower room with toilet and an additional separate toilet in the double room.

The kitchen/lounge area is open plan which makes it quite a very spacious living area. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans, ironing board & iron.

The Lounge area offers a 40” Smart TV, offering both Freeview channels as well as online content such as Netflix & Amazon Prime (you will need to use your own login for these apps). The caravan has no free WiFi. Customer must use their phone as hotspot.

There are pillows, Linen and duvets included in each room.

We can supply towels at an additional cost.

We are Pet Friendly, but the dog must be managed well. Please could you inform us before booking on how many dogs will be attending? This is perfect to take your fur babies to the lovely dog-friendly beach.

Please be informed that any damage caused by a dog will be charged accordingly. Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan. Please note we do not accept Hen or Stag Parties or Large Same Sex Adult Groups. No over-occupancy allowed.

Entertainment passes are not included within the price of the booking, but can be purchased from the park reception on arrival. Customer can also ask us to use our owners account to purchase passes for them which may allow them to owners discount. Where this is the case, customer must contact us at least 3 days before checking in so that we can pre book the passes

If you don’t wish to use the entertainment, you DO NOT NEED to purchase a pass, however please note that some of the new facilities are not covered by the site passes, and you will need to pay extra for these activities

Lovely caravan, spotless clean. We had a great time and will be back. Owner quick to reply to any inquires. Only thing that I would have liked is a couple of chairs for outside as it was very sunny. Highly recommended

We booked the caravan from joanne and enjoyed ever minute there,it was clean and tidy everything worked and it was very comfy we would recommend it to anyone. Joanne was also very easy to communicate with. I cannot praise it enough.
