1. A provisional booking made via telephone, in person, post or e-mail will remain firm for a period of 48 hours until which time a £75 deposit must be paid. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless terminated by the caravan owner or park closure mandated by government.
2. Outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, only the deposit sum of £50 will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, then the total hire charge will be payable. This remains entirely at the discretion of the caravan owner.
3. A £75 security bond will be added to the balance payment and will be returned within 5-7 days following your departure when the caravan is deemed to be clean, tidy, free from damage and all inventories complete. You must notify the caravan owner immediately of any damage caused during your stay.
4. The caravan will be available to the occupant/s during the period shown on the confirmation letter/email received from the caravan owner.
5. The caravan is 8 berth and at no time must be exceeded.
6. The hirer of the caravan must be 25 or older, and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan.
7. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples.
8. No pets allowed unless previously agreed with the owner. Dogs listed in the dangerous dogs act 1991 may not be brought to the park.
9. if pets are found in the caravan without the owners consent you will be asked to vacate immediately and no monies will be returned to you.
10. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside caravan. Please do not leave fag ends in the flower pots or around the caravan, dispose of them correctly.
11. For safety reasons do not leave the gas fire or electric wall heaters on when leaving the caravan.
12. The maximum hire period allowed is 28 days.
13. The area surrounding the hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please remove all waste before leaving.
14. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided; at no time are they to be dried over heaters. Clothes lines are not to be erected.
15. Tents can only be erected on designated tenting fields. They are not allowed between caravans.
16. Park speed limits must not be exceeded.
17. In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress.
18. All persons using the entertainment complex must honour the club rules. Membership is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time by the park management.
19. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.
20. Collection and return of your keys, to be arranged with the caravan owner prior to your holiday. A charge of £75 will be required to replace lock & keys if not returned to the key safe on departure.
21. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.
22. Ball games are to be played in designated areas and not between caravans.
23. No motorcycles are allowed on the park without the express written permission of the park manager.
24. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
25. Use of a barbecue is not permitted on our PVC decking. There is a designated area for portable electric BBQ’s.
26. Do not disarm smoke alarms. Press hush panel located on the alarms themselves should they be activated during cooking activity.
27. All electrical and domestic goods, including boiler, must be switched off upon leaving the van.
28. Duvets and pillows and bed linens are provided, however detergents and other linen items such as towels, tea towels , and cloths are not provided.
29. Hire prices include gas and electricity during your stay.
30. Park rules apply.
31. Use designated car parking either at the front of the caravan or to the entrance side of the caravan.
32. We the owners will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property, damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party. Your belongings are also at your own risk during your stay.
33. Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday and, if required, remains the responsibility of the occupants. Please take care on the decking area and stairs when wet they can be slippery.
34. Should you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify the owner in writing/email. Written notification must be sent recorded delivery, as a cancellation cannot take effect until written confirmation is received. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your holiday has commenced, no refund will be given. I strongly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance.
