The Caravan is 6 berth and has three bedrooms, the lounge is open plan with a large corner seating area and a feature fireplace leading to fixed dinette seating with central heating and double glazed throughout. Free Sat TV is provided. It has a range of facilities which you can purchase day passes for. The facilities include a Golf Course, Gym, Spa, visitors are welcome to use the Bar and Restaurant without a pass.

The caravan is in a safe location with convenient parking next to the caravan. The facilities are all in walking distance and is also next to Redwings Horse Sanctuary and Oliver’s Cafe and Gift Shop. The Park is nestled on the edge of the Norfolk Broads with its unique landscape to be within easy reach of Norfolk’s and Suffolk’s coastlines, city of Norwich, Beccles, countryside and the Broads

The Kitchen is spacious with plentiful cupboard and worktop space, as well as an integrated fridge-freezer, gas cooker, hob, built in microwave, toaster, filtered coffee machine and is fully equipped for all of your self-catering requirements.

The generously proportioned main bedroom with a double bed, en-suite toilet, 'his and hers' wardrobes. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and wash basin.

Duvets and pillows are provided with bed linen, ie duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases. There are protectors on all mattresses and pillows. Towels can be provided for an extra cost

The outside enjoys scenic views over the Waveney forest and is south facing so attracts the sun all day, chairs are provided. There is car parking space by the side of the caravan with addition car parking very close by.

The caravan is fitted with a fire extinguisher, working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. The owners live in Beccles so are close by to resolve any issues.
