Bed linen

Pots pans/dinnerware/glass wear/cutlery etc
Terms & Conditions
This is our second home. All we ask is that guests look after it so we can continue to offer this service and ensure everyone can enjoy this beautiful location.
To ensure you have a fantastic holiday, we request that you and each member of your party comply with the following guidelines please.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
1. A provisional booking will be accepted, subject to receiving a £50 booking fee within 24 hours, this should be paid by bank transfer to account:

Upon receiving the booking fee, this will secure your booking and act as a security bond. This does not deduct from the hire charge.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
2.If the booking fee is not received within 24 hours, it will be assumed the provisional booking is no longer required.
3.The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival (we will send a reminder), if the balance is not received within this time frame, then we reserve the right to hire the caravan to someone else. Bookings taken with less than 4 weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within 24 hours.
4.We require a £50 refundable security bond. The initial booking fee will act as your bond. This bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within 7 days of departure once the caravan has been checked and no damage caused.
(Please provide us with a sort code and account number for us to do this)
Please leave the caravan clean and tidy with all rubbish removed (all cleaning products are provided)
£50 damage deposit will be kept if damage occurs during your stay or anything goes missing or the caravan is not left to a satisfactory standard. Also will be kept if cigarette buts are left outside my van please use a bottle of some kind and throw away in bins on park
If using a disposable BBQ, it MUST be used AWAY from the caravan. Please remove the BBQ before you leave. Failure to remove the BBQ will result in a deduction from your security bond.
We understand accidents can happen, but any major breakages, damage and stains within the caravan must be paid for.
Please inform us on the day of arrival of any defects and/or breakages. Please check the caravan on arrival and inform us of any issues- thank you.
CANCELLATIONS 5. In the event of a cancellation, you must confirm this via message/email. (Booking fees are not refundable in the event of a cancellation
In the event of a park closure (due to Covid or any other reason) or due to ‘Covid local lockdowns’ we will rebook your holiday at a date of your choosing*(where available)
or provide you with a full refund (including deposit)
-A replacement holiday that's the same cost as the one you booked
-A replacement holiday of less value than the one you booked, together with a payment of the difference by us
-A replacement holiday of higher value than the one you booked, with a payment of the difference by yourself
-Full refund
6. We cannot provide a refund if you leave early for any reason including an emergency at home.
7. If you cancel your break within the 6 weeks before your arrival date then refunds are as follows-
3-6 weeks =50% refund 0-3 weeks =0% refund
No refund will be given due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. weather, sickness, car breakdown etc
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
8. We strictly permit a maximum of 8 people to stay in our caravan. Only the applicants listed on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy the accommodation. Due to the nature of the park, we only accept family based parties (parents & children and/or couples. We do not accept youth groups or same-sex parties.
9.Only the persons on the booking form may stay at the caravan. Over occupancy will not be tolerated and security will ask you to leave the caravan.
10. ALL changes to a booking must be made via message/email
11. You are required to notify us via email/message with any changes to person(s) listed on the booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park.
12. We do provide bed linen but if you are using the sofa pull out bed you will need a double sheet and quilt cover We do require you to use bed linen on the quilts, pillows
13. Play Passes are NOT included. The price is for accommodation only and we cannot guarantee access to on site activities/swimming or entertainment venues.
UPON COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE
14.The holiday caravan maybe occupied from the following times, from the first day of hire:
Check in 4pm (early check in may be available for £15 extra please ask)
Check out at 10am
Keys will be in a key safe at the caravan, and accessed via a numbered code. This will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. If keys are lost, we will be unable to refund the security bond.
15. In the case of a maintenance problem, please contact us directly. The job should not be added to the account direct through Haven, this will be done by us. D.I.Y repairs must NOT be attempted.
16.Smoking / Vaping is NOT permitted in the caravan please do not dispose of cigerette stumpd around the caravan
17. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, as it was found on arrival.
This extends to the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen areas (all cleaning items/equipment provided) and the outside of the caravan free from rubbish.
18. Please leave the caravan by 10am on the last day of hiring.
19. Please remove shoes when entering the caravan.
20. We also request no slime glitter/sand /paint or playdough to be opened or played with in the caravan as these can be difficult to remove if spilt on
carpeted areas. Please make sure pens and pencils are used at the table. No candles/wax burners
No hair dye or fake tan application
No banners or balloons to be put up on internal walls as it can cause damage to the walls when removing
There is an iron and ironing board in the caravan but I stress that you use the board to iron do not leave it unattended or iron on carpets or table. If this damages any part of the caravan a £100+ charge to replace the damaged items if this is not payed you will be black listed to all other owners
BEHAVIOUR
21. Please show consideration to your neighbours and other guests. Please refrain from using loud music. Haven reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to our terms and conditions, or who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors, to leave the park immediately.
In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred.
22. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property or belongings.
