Description

This is our family caravan that we have decided to rent out. It has been well looked after and has all the little essentials to make this a lovely home away from home.

Situated on Oakfield Caravan Park in Kinmel Bay. On-site there is an entertainment complex with a bar and shows (shows are seasonal), a small shop and laundry facilities.

We are stones throw away from the Fayre, market, bars and arcades. The beach and a supermarket is a short 10 minute walk. It is an ideal base for a lovely little family getaway.

Owner's booking terms

£50 deposit is required at time of booking. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked. Any damage to the caravan will incur an additional cost, this will include loss of earnings for the time that the caravan is unusable. If you are caught smoking in the caravan, or if there is evidence of smoking, you will be charged £500.

The full amount of the holiday is due 30 days before holiday start date. If your booking is made under 30 days of holiday start date, then the full balance will be due at the time of booking. Once you have paid the balance for your holiday it is non-refundable. ...Show less
