There is a play area for children, please note there are no other amenities or swimming pool on site.

A private, pet friendly location Oaklands Park is also superbly located for families of all ages to enjoy days exploring the neighbouring countryside.

Only a short drive away, experience renowned Clacton Pier.

Across the road is Martin's Farm, a beautiful nature reserve and ideal location for dog walkers.

Great communication. Fab location. Quiet and friendly site. Andy sent clear directions to caravan which was pristine and beautiful. We went to celebrate a birthday which despite the weather was lovely. Will definitely look to rebook

The caravan is lovely and has everything you need for your stay including bed linen and towels and is very homely, perfect location to visit Clacton sea front and Colchester zoo, we will be staying again and would recommend this accommodation, thank you Andy for a great holiday ????
