Located on a quiet cul de sac the caravan benefits from its own parking space, large wrap around decking with patio furniture, private garden area with additional seating area perfect for the BBQs.

Inside, the caravan has a double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms both with 2 single beds in each, main bathroom with large shower.

2 toilets

Full gas central heating system fed by mains gas supply

WIFI, smart tv, DVD player, Bluetooth speakers, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer.

Fresh bedding before every visit. Very high standard of cleaning.

Ten minute walk to Filey beach

Enjoyable stroll along the beach will take you into Filey in around 30 minutes.

Don’t fancy walking? Why not jump on the primrose puffer train that is constantly circling around site.

Bus comes on to site which takes you to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington.

Passes are sold separate to price of the caravan and are to be purchased via haven.

One well behaved furry friend is welcome (if not on dangerous dog list)

Family holiday with children age 14/13/10 Lovely caravan, spacious and clean . Lovely decking area. Coffee and tea for arrival. 5 minute walk to the beach, ideal for my morning walks with the dog. Caravan location. Peaceful area which I like. , 12 minutes walk to main complex but we only went there for slot machines. Site location 5 minutes into Filey, 15 minutes to Scarborough and Bridlington x

Had a wonderful stay at this caravan. Lovely and clean and well equipped with everything needed for a great getaway. A nice quiet spot but close to everywhere in the area. Would highly recommend and would be booking again in the future.
