Our caravan is based in a quiet Cul- De- Sac on Sandhill’s, approx. 5 mins walk to the tunnel.

Our family Caravan has 3 bedrooms Master bedroom has double bed and a dressing table and stool, 2 x Twin Singles and Double pull out in the main living area. Sleeps 8 maximum.
Fully double glazed and central heated, bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower, separate second toilet, fully equipped kitchen has everything you will require whilst staying with us, including full gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment,
Spacious lounge and dining area, 40inch Smart TV, DVD player, Fire, Free WIFI, books and children’s games to enjoy. Outside there is two Varanda's one to the side of the caravan and one to the front of the caravan out the front patio doors, both with patio furniture and south Facing for them summer evenings.
There is a parking space to the side of the caravan,

Bedding is NOT provided, guests to provide their own bedding, there is Pillows and Duvets in the Caravan.

Please note that BIG WEEKENDERS ( No children are allowed on site)

To book your break we require a £50 deposit to secure your dates, this is none refundable, but comes off your holidays total cost.

Instalments to pay your holiday can be arranged with owners.

We also ask for a refundable security bond of £100, which will be refunded 7 days after departure once the caravan has been checked for damages.

Bookings are taken for Monday to Friday 4 night - Friday to Monday 3 night - Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Monday 7 night.

All our prices include 4 full access passes (2 Adult and 2 Child)
Adult weekends are priced based on a minimum of 4 sharing, passes included.
Extra passes can be added when discussed with owners.

Entertainment - Caravan Guests do not have access to the App, they are required to join the non booked queue for access to all Bars, all other entertainment is free flow.

Fantastic caravan spotlessly clean well looked after and modern. Like walking into a home from home with nice personal touches. Excellent facilities coming with little extras like iron, ironing board, air fryer and hair drier all help to make the stay easier. Enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the site looking forward to staying again in the future.

Me and my family had a fantastic time this bank holiday weekend at Butlins for my son’s football tournament. What a gorgeous Caravan we stayed in it made are weekend perfect and Thankyou to Lindsay who hired us her Caravan. Great communication always replied to my messages. I will definitely be booking with her again.
