Terms and conditions upon booking with us for your stay
* A £50 refundable deposit is required before your booking can be confirmed. This will then be paid back to yourself when the caravan has been checked following your departure.
* If you decide to cancel your booking then the £50 deposit will not be refunded.
* The outstanding balance of your holiday should be paid in full 28 days prior to your arrival otherwise you are at risk of loosing your booking.
* No pets allowed unless discussed with ourselves upon booking your stay.
* No anti- social behaviour on the caravan site, within the caravan or surrounding areas.
* All damages/ non functional equipment should be reported to ourselves before seeking advice from reception unless this is an emergency.
* No smoking in the caravan.
* No over occupancy in the caravan. 8 people only.
* Check in on your day of arrival is from 4pm. Check out in departure is 10am.

Things you should know
* Entertainment passes are to be purchased direct from reception. This will last for the duration of your stay and will enable you the use of the bar, entertainment, arcade and swimming and soft play for the under 5s.
* You are required to supply your own duvet covers and towels due to personal Hygiene however duvets and pillows are provided.
* All electrical items should be turned off including lights upon departure. ...Show less
