Electric feature fire, Halogen cooker, USB plug sockets in main bedroom, 2nd bedroom and lounge, fully equipped kitchen, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide monitor, fire extinguisher, all gas and electric safety checked. Gas central heating radiators in all rooms. Great on site facilities and activities. Decking looks directly onto Clennon Nature Reserve. Quiet location.

Beautiful caravan in a very quiet area of the park, spotlessly clean and all home comforts. Children were very please to have Netflixs. Very lucky to have such a sunny week, great pools for children. We did not use club house, but did use shop which had good selection- prices as you would expect from a site shop. Visited Goodrington , Paignton and Brixham we wished we could have stayed longer ! Lovely to meet Mandy on arrival and extremely accomadating and thoughtful with welcome gift.

Thank you Jacqui for your review. It was lovely to host you. You were wonderful guests. Thank you for leaving everything so clean and tidy.

Owner's booking terms

Ideally suited for 4 people. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which may be considered in the booking on discussion with the owner.
Important: Passes will need to be booked by the owner as they are issued with your names and ages of children. This cost is extra ( presently £50 for up to 6 people for up to 7 days).
No dogs.
No smoking.
Deposit covers any possible accidental damage and any extra cleaning costs. This is refundable. I would just ask that you leave the mobile home as clean and tidy as possible.
There is no charge for cleaning or linen.
