Welcome to our 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravan on Sandhills. We in a lovely quiet area of the site with lots of outdoor space for your little ones to wear themselves out yet only a few minutes walk to caravan reception & our newly refurbished bar, The Pig & Whistle, with sports tv’s, pool tables and entertainment stage with live shows or carry on under the tunnel and your right in the heart of the main resort.

There is parking immediately beside the caravan with a small grass area and more parking opposite the caravan. We have a south facing patio ideal for sitting outside.

Equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday including , iron, ironing board,air fryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, all the usual kitchen essentials crockery and cutlery & cleaning products.

Wifi is provided through high speed data connection so is subject to change due to higher usage of the local cell tower in the local area .

On our decking we have a table & chairs for you to sit and relax with fully secure veranda to stop little ones escaping!

Wristbands are provided & beds will also be made up on arrival for you so all you have to do is unpack & have fun. We do ask if you need to use the travel cot to please supply your own bedding.

Whilst we do have a cleaning company to come in and do the changeover we do ask that you please leave the caravan clean and tidy with all rubbish taken to the large bins before you leave.

adult break prices are based on 4 adults sharing with wrist bands inc any extra guests are £100 per person
Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the holiday booking. No dates will be reserved without cleared payment.

The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
All holidays booked less than 4 weeks before your holiday start date need to be paid in full including refundable bond.

A security/cleaning bond of £75 is required with the balance. This is refundable once our cleaning staff have carried out their final inspection. This will be returned within 14 days although we will endeavour to return this within 7 days when possible.

Entertainment - Caravan Guests do not have access to the App, they are required to join the non booked queue for access to Studio 36 & Centre Stage. All other venues are freeflow.

Activities -
Paid activities such as, Archery, High Ropes, Laser Tag, Pottery Painting, Circus etc can be booked by calling the Caravan Village Reception 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Free activities such as Soft Play, Slimey Science, Sand Art, Football etc can be booked from the day of arrival on resort at the Caravan Village Reception.

Damages:
Please report any issues to me as soon as possible. If any breakages/damages occur or removal of items from the caravan are to be found on inspection, this will be taken out of your bond and the remainder sent to you.

Payment can be made via bank transfer details of which will be given to you on booking.

Cancellations:
Should you wish to cancel your booking:
The deposit is refundable up to 14 days after payment is made.
If payment for the holiday is made in full, a refund will be given up to 12 weeks before the holiday start date, less the deposit and any admin fees incurred. If holidays are cancelled less than 12 weeks before your holiday then unfortunately no refund will be given other than your £75 refundable bond. Please be aware refunds may take upto 28 days to be issued.

COVID-19: According to Current guidelines Butlins along with everywhere else should be running normally by June 21st. If BUTLINS closes the resort due to the Virus. We can offer you alternative dates so you can take your holiday at a different time or we can offer you a refund (minus non refundable deposit). If YOU cancel, our normal cancellation policy applies.

Restrictions:
Unfortunately caravans may not be let to persons under the age of 18 or to groups of the same sex with exception to Adult Music Weekends. These are rules are set by Butlins to maintain the family atmosphere. All bookings for any break that include under 18s must include a responsible adult who is at least 25 years of age.

There is 24hr security on site and also the Caravan Village, Therefore Butlins rules and regulations MUST be adhered to whilst on the resort and also the Caravan Village. If in the unfortunate event you or any of your party cause a disturbance and are asked to leave the resort No refunds will be given.
