17 Waterside is a 1 year old park home within close proximity to the indoor pool, laundrette, shop and reception. As you enter the park down the drive, turn first left and plot 17 is the 3rd home on your right. The park is currently undergoing a large refurbishment which will be completed early May (all amenities closed until this time)

A large gated decked Veranda greets you as you arrive at this beautifully decorated home.

Front door leads into a fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all kitchen essentials you may need.

A fully set dining table which seats 4, extra plates, bowls and cutlery provided. Boiler with central heating. Tea towels provided. Coat hooks.

The lounge area has 2 comfy sofa’s one of which is a double pull out bed to sleep an extra 2 guests. Plenty of soft furnishings decorate this area, a 32” free view tv with Netflix. Coffee table and mock effect electric fire.

A twin bedroom with 2 single beds, bed linen provided. A wardrobe and fitted mirror. Ironing board with iron.

Master bedroom with king size bed, luxury mattress and all bed linen provided. Bedside cabinets with lights, overhead storage, Dressing table with stool. Fitted wardrobe with a good amount of space. En-suite toilet with basin and mirrored cabinet. Hand towel provided.

Main bathroom with fitted electric power shower, basin and toilet. Mirrored cabinet. Hand towel.

The home is fully centrally heated and double glazed. Bed linen, hand towels and tea towels are provided but we ask you to bring your own towels.

The veranda has a Ratten furniture set with glass topped table, 2 chairs and 2 stools will seat 4.

Entertainment passes are not included but can be bought from the reception area if required.

Waterside is a beautiful park with stunning sea views, the Devon steam train runs right beside the park. There are costal walks, lovely beaches with plenty to do in the local area. Paignton zoo and key west water park only a short ride away. Bus stop Right outside the park. Takeaways, a pub and several other shops a 5 minute walk.
