Superb luxury caravan with tarmac hardstanding for your car, parking to the side, with views of the sea from the terrace.

Furniture includes Leather recliner, leather sofas with throws and cushions, 50" flat TV and 4 seather dining table. Main private bedroom (window to the raised bank and not overlooked) with a double bed with kingsized quilt. Second bedroom has two singles, they have 9" firm mattresses giving a superb nights sleep that are suitable for adults as well as children.

As this is a superb location for access to the beach and the North Norfolk Coastal Path, it is ideal for walkers and dog owners as the beach is dog friendly and you can walk from here to either Mundesley (south) or Cromer (north). For this reason, well behaved pets considered if you agree that they will be kept off the sofas or beds.
There is Paston Way as well as the Norfolk Coastal Path.

Bed linen included. Bring your own towels and any throws or additional blankets. Remember to bring the bedding for your pet.

Although this caravan is pet friendly, it is asked that you please leave the caravan as you find it and kee your pets off the furniture and the beds. Bring your own throws and blankets and please wash your pooches feet (hose and gun on outside tap) and towel them down to dry them as much as you can prior to letting them in the caravan.

Wifi is available on site at the club house, if you need it at the caravan, it is usual to hotspot off your mobile network and we have 4g in this area.

Boot box on terrace for keeping your boots and mud outside and dry.
Hose attachment with spray gun for washing down your pet.

If you are arriving late and require milk in the fridge, than just ask. There are complimentary tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar for your arrival,
If you are celebrating a birthday or an anniversary, and wish to have flowers, chocolates or a bottle of prosecco and a card, this can be arranged.
