About the owner

We would like to give you a warm welcome to our animal friendly, family holiday home. We have owned our caravan for over 10 years! We have loved every minute of the time we’ve spent here with our children. Now our children have grown up and living their own lives, we thought nothing better than to start renting out our caravan for other families and friends to enjoy!

Caravan was originally a 3 Bedroom Caravan, but has been converted into a Luxury 2 bedroom, The Master bedroom is now an extra sized room consisting of its own 50" smart TV linked to a Digital aerial. Bedroom 2 also has its own 19" TV/DVD player provided with a small collection of DVDs to choose from.
The Lounge and Kitchen has also been converted with a modern 3 & 2 seater couches which can sleep 2 people. Plus up to date fitted kitchen & dishwasher.

There is a Patio outside plus a large area of grass for children to play on. Our patch of Grass is one of the largest on camp.
Its is also only a 1min walk to the Bus stop, 2 min walk to the onsite shops, Club house, swimming, restaurant & amusements.

Owner's booking terms

Check in is AFTER 2pm - we will give you the code of the key safe on the day of your arrival (Although, you are more than welcome to come onto site before then)
Check out is strictly BEFORE 10am - please lock the caravan and place the key back into the key safe (Deposit may be deducted if you don't follow these rules)
We are not responsible for Play passes and booking activites. Check in days are Monday's, Friday's and Saturday's. You will only be able to purchase a Play Pass these days. Please make sure to go to reception before 5pm to purchase these. You will recieve a Play Pass purchase form which will be left at the caravan for you. £50 damage deposit is taken at time of booking - You will recieve your £50 deposit back within 24 hours after your stay with us
A full clean and inspection will take place after your departure so please allow 24 hours for you to recieve your £50 damage deposit if all is well. Please note, we can deduct payment from your deposit for the following - damage caused by pets, lost or broken items, serious damage to property, late departure, cleaness.
Full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to your arrival date
On booking we will need to take full names of all visitors (for arrival & Play Passes), if your bringing any pets, your address and postcode, contact number, email address, car registrations that will be arriving on site. Once we have received all of this information, we can go ahead with your booking. You will then receive 2 emails from us to confirm. ...Show less
