Terms & Conditions:

A bond of £100 is payable at the time of final balance payment.  This will be refunded within 14 days of departure once the caravan has been inspected and is found to be in same condition as when you arrived.

A deposit of £50 is payable at time of booking and remainder is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  If not paid by this time the booking will be cancelled and resold.  Any monies paid will not be refunded unless we manage to resell.

Monthly instalments are possible but must be finished paying 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

If you cancel the booking your deposit is non-refundable.  If you have paid your balance in full or part balance by the time you cancel this will only be refunded if we are able to resell the holiday.  If I am unable to resell the dates then any monies paid will NOT be refunded unless in extreme circumstances.

Check in time:                 4pm
Check Out time:              10am

We have also been asked by Haven to book your arrivals so please can you confirm what time you will be arriving roughly so I can book you in.

Smoking Policy:               This is a non-smoking caravan

Pets:                                 Not permitted

Fun Passes:                      NOT INCLUDED

Electric Cars:                    Electric cars are NOT to be charged whilst staying in the caravan.

Keys:     a key safe will be on site and code is sent prior to arrival.  Please leave the key in the safe on departure.

Parking:              There is a driveway at the side of the caravan which holds 2 cars (One on an incline) but there are more parking spots near the caravan.  Please don’t park on the grass

Overcrowding:              Please remember this is an 8 berth caravan so no more than 8 people allowed at any one time.

Heating:              Central Heating throughout operated through a nest. Please ensure heating is turned down/off upon departure from caravan.

No BBQs are allowed on the decking area.

Any faults that occur during your stay must be reported as soon as possible and I will endeavour to do my best to get these fixed ASAP.

Owners are NOT liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any party member unless there was a wilful default by the owner of the caravan. ...Show less
