Hello, I'm Mel the owner of Calivans Ltd located in Ingoldmells Skegness. I have been an owner since 2019 when Calivans began, I now have 5 caravans of my own on Promenade Caravan Park. I am also the owner of Mel's caravan hire where I currently manage 4 other caravan rentals for owners. I am always on hand to answer any queries you may have regarding your stay.

Description

This is our newest addition to our fleet. Caravan C6 is located on Promenade, it has a large gated veranda with outdoor seating and lighting.

When you enter the property, you walk into a hallway with 5 doors.

The doors lead to the following:
Bathroom with basin, toilet and walk in shower.
The next door leads to the kitchen and living room area.
Two twin bedrooms, both with single beds and a mirror and radiators.
The master bedroom has a double bed, make up desk and wardrobe.
The water heater in the boiler cupboard is behind the final door.

A little info about the living room and kitchen. Large spacious seating area with pull out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, slow cooker, plus much more.

We also offer early check in for £30 (check in for 12pm instead of 3pm) and late check out for £20 (check out at 12 instead of 10am).

Location - On site shop, cafe, Laundrette. Direct beach access.

The caravan site has an onsite shop, café, laundrette and reception desk. Please don't be put off by this as the location of the caravan park is less than 5 minutes by foot to bars, takeaways, shops, the beach, parks plus much more.
