Butlins Skegness - Holiday Accommodation 17294

Checking in : When checking in you will collect your keys and welcome pack directing you to your caravan via the Butlins Holiday Village main reception. There is a hardstanding car parking space for 1 car outside the caravan. Parking on the grass with an additional car is not permitted , if this is done and any damage to the grass or surrounding area is caused this may result in a partial or full loss of your security bond.
You will be required to show photo ID when checking in and collecting your keys and wristbands. Wristbands are checked thoroughly through the park and by security, any persons staying in the caravan who isnt booked on will be asked to leave immediately.
Checking out : When checking out please leave caravan promptly at 10am to allow our cleaner to enter the caravan to prepare for next guests. Failure to check out at 10am Prompt may incur additional charges.
Please strip all be linen and either place at the end of each bed or in the main bathroom.
Please leave caravan as you find it, any extra than normal cleaning by our cleaner may result in a partial or full loss of your security bond.
Any breakages or damage will be deducted from your security bond upon inspection after your check out time.
Please don’t forget to deposit your keys on departure at main reception when checking out, any lost or forgotten keys will be charged for out of your security bond.
*Security Bond : The security bond of £100.00 is held by us until inspection of the caravan is complete. Once the inspection is complete your security bond will be returned to you providing the caravan is left in a clean state with no breakages , damages, or losses.
Remaining Balance : A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your holiday dates and the remaining balance plus £100.00 security deposit is required 6 weeks before you arrive. Should any issues arise with this please contact me as soon as possible to make other arrangements. If balance is not paid within 6 weeks of your arrival date and you do not contact us to arrange payment, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and hire the caravan to someone else, your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy : If we must cancel your holiday for any reason prior to arrival that isn’t down to yourselves we will offer to date change your holiday at no additional costs to yourself or offer a full refund.
In the event of the hirer cancelling their holiday this must be confirmed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable and will be kept upon the full balance not being paid.
If cancellation is made after the full balance is paid and your holiday takes place within 3 weeks of your cancellation 50% of your balance will be payable before refunding any additional money. If you require to cancel your holiday within 7 days of your arrival date all monies paid will be forfeited.
No refund will be issued if you or any of the party staying in the caravan have been asked to vacate the property or Butlins/ Butlins holiday village.
No refund will be issued once the hiring has commenced including if the hirer needs to vacate the caravan for any reason including emergencies home.
Changes to your booking : Any amendments to your booking are charged at £25, This price is set by Butlins holiday village and not us. This is payable before any changes will be made.
Other Information :
• Only people listed on this booking form are permitted to stay in the caravan and agreed by us. Over occupancy will not be tolerated and you will be asked to vacate the caravan with no reimbursement of monies paid.
• The lead name on this booking signs to these terms and conditions and is responsible for all persons listed.
• On occasion you may be asked to identify yourselves and your passes by owners/ security or park staff as security is taken very seriously and allows for an enjoyable break. Failure to comply with the reasonable request may result in you being asked to leave any monies paid forfeited.
• Any lost items are not the responsibility of us as owners , The items you take with you are fully your responsibility, however any items that are found we will contact you, for you to advise us what you would like to do with the items, if any require posting this will be at your cost but can be done.
• We always recommend you take out holiday insurance in case of any emergencies that prevent you from coming on your holiday, your belongings etc.
• NO SMOKING PERMITTED
• NO DRUGS PERMITTED ( Any traces of drugs including smell will result in loss of security bond).
• NO PETS PERMITTED
• NO PARKING ON GRASS
