The holiday home offers a hot tub, flat screen TV and lounge/dining area and decking for relaxation.

We have WIFI, Netflix, parking all free of charge, provided for our holiday home.

The bathroom is a 'wet room' type and the bathroom door must be kept closed when showering.

Guests can also explore the neighbouring local attractions such as the Mablethorpe beach and town centre, Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre, Queens Park paddling pool, Loewen cinema, Louth museum, wide range of restaurants/fish & chips shops, Donna Nook Grey Seal Colony, Skegness pleasure beach, Cleethorpes pier etc.

Lovely few days away with my little family the hot tub was so relaxing the only downside was the weather was lovely but there was no way we could sit out on the decking as was no patio furniture I would invest in a set so people can enjoy sitting out and having breakfast on the decking etc. Colleen the owner was lovely and even let us check out later so we did not have to rush will definitely look at staying again in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay oh and I’ve been to some caravans over the years and the cookers are always a nightmare this worked perfectly!

Owner's booking terms

Children under 5 years old are not permitted to use the hot tub, hot tub not to be used if you have underlying health issues not compatible with the use of a hot tub for example, epilepsy and pregnancy, please ensure to follow the hot tub guidelines, hot tub not to be used after 10pm as this is the park rules, no parties, no barbecues, no loud noise or loud music and no fireworks allowed on the holiday park. Check in is from 2pm and check out at 10:30am.
No parties allowed or groups over 6 guests. Music must be kept at a minimum as there are other guests staying on park. This will not be tolerated and is against the park rules. No pets allowed. ...Show less
