We have TV in Lounge and main bedroom and TV/DVD in one of the single bedrooms. Also brand new Rattan sofa Furniture is on Front decking and Lounge decking.
Tea, Coffee and sugar is made available for your arrival. along with some bottle water.
Also I provide
washing up liquid
cleaning products - side cleaner and hand wash.
Tea Towel and Dish cloth.

Description

The Caravan is kept in an immaculate condition so me and my family and my guests have an enjoyable stay in a looked after accommadation. The park is Haven owned so there are lots of things to do.

You will need to obtain passes if you want to use the indoor and outdoor pool and the Entertainment Lounge (which has some fantastic acts) for both Adults and Children. Everything else is free apart from the other Activities which can be booked at an extra charge but you do need to have passes to book these.

Please feel free to check on the Haven website for all information. We are 5 minutes from the main facilites and we are on a very quiet spot on park so best of both worlds. The sea is 15 min (if that) comfortable walk and Claction Sea is roughly 15-20 mins drive.

There is a small village of St Oysths where you can find a few pubs and resturants

Additional info:
We are situated on an end spot so have parking and play area of grass on both sides. We also have a basket ball net and swing ball. We are on a quiet relaxing area but main centare within 5-8 minuites walk (if that)

We had such a lovely stay, the caravan was lovely inside and out. It was spacious and clean and we didnt realise there was en suite so was very handy when there is 5 of you. A bit of wifi would have made it even better but gave the kids a break from screens and we were out most the day doing things close by and in Clacton town. Sally is lovely! So helpful and informative. We would definately stay again!
