Sunsets Edge is based at Parkdean Ocean Edge Leisure Park, situated right on the seafront. With its perfect views of the Irish sea and picture perfect sunsets. You will really enjoy being able to unwind and relax your mind.

Sunsets Edge itself is a very spacious 35ft x 12ft Swift Louire static caravan.

It has top of the range features to create a comfortable, stylish home from home feel.

It boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has all modern amenities such as: double glazing; central heating; fridge-freezer; dishwasher; microwave; air fryer; hairdryer and 55" TV!

Whether it's a weekend away, short break or full weeks you are after, then Sunsets Edge will not disappoint!

Out and about, there are so many places to visit and explore! Sunsets Edge is only 15 mins away from the beautiful city of Lancaster, steeped in history, with Lancaster Castle and the Cottage Museum as a must. Lancaster is also full of shops, cafes and restaurants!
Morecambe Bay is just 10 mins away with its seaside venues and new retail park. While Cumbria and parts of the Lake District, with all it has to offer is only 20-30 mins away.

Had a lovely week in Gillians caravan,exactly as described,peaceful, lovely sea view,watched the sun setting over the sea,spotlessly clean,had every thing you need in the caravan,lovely welcome gifts on arrival, Gillian is at the other end of the phone if needed,defintly would recommend.

Lovely clean caravan with bedding towels and all cleaning products provided. A friendly welcome from Gillian with wine & popcorn also milk tea coffee and hot chocolate provided in case you forget. Had problems setting up the new WiFi that Parkdean provide but Gillian was always quick to reply to my emails. The site and location of the caravan was very quite and felt very safe for small children. Would highly recommend this caravan and I will probably book again.

Gillian has a wonderful Caravan, situated in a perfect location within this park. The Van itself is very spacious and easily accommodated us four (plus puppy!). Nice and peaceful location, however within a brief walking distance from the complex itself. We had a lovely welcome pack on arrival, and Gillian obviously went out of her way to make her guests feel at home. Many thanks for letting us use your caravan, many thanks for being an awesome host, and I will be recommending to all my friends and family!

We arrived at this wonderful caravan with our little dog There was a welcome pack and new doggy prezzies for the puppy The caravan is in a great location,very clean and well looked after,it was amazing The owner was only a phone call away and made the stay a well deserved rest Would definitely recommend this delightful, clean ,caravan to anyone wanting a stay near morcambe Thankyou Gillian,we will be back

What a beautiful caravan. Has everything you would requirefor a perfect holiday. Gillian the host was absolutely wonderful and provided everything from bedding to towels and even some lovely little extras. Wifi is supplied which was an added bonus. The view of the sea was magical and the balcony to observe it was amazing. I c ant thank gillian enough for making our holiday so special and memorable and will definitely be recommending to friends and family

All bedding is provided, we just ask you to strip the beds and put laundry in basket provided on last day.
Hairdryer, iron, ironing board and hoover are also provided.
All domestic cleaning products are provided, including toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloth, tea towel and hand wash in each bathroom.
Number of guests and ages must be provided along with email, mobile number and address at time of booking.
We have a no smoking, no vaping policy inside our caravan.
Park passes are not included but can be purchased at reception at a very reasonable price.
Dog bed and bowl provided.
