This 3 bedroom family caravan is on a lovely sunny plot surrounded by grass and fields with a large enclosed decked area complete with BBQ and table and chairs. Situated on the popular family friendly Seven Bays caravan Park in St Merryn, Padstow Cornwall.
The caravan has a really light and airy feel as soon as you enter and has just had a complete refurbishment including new furniture, blinds, curtains, bedding, sofa, soft furnishings, appliances and table and chairs. The caravan has an open plan kitchen and lounge with brand new corner sofa, 32" Freeview TV, gas fire and dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed with an Ikea memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobe and window to the side. The two other bedrooms both have 2 single beds, wardrobes and windows to the side and front. There is a family bathroom with a great double shower enclosure and a separate WC. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay and includes fridge with freezer box, full size gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery, glasses etc... The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing.
Outside is a fantastic enclosed large deck and grassed area which catches the sun all day and there is a large table, and chairs, BBQ and rotary washing line for your usage.
Parking for one vehicle is in the parking bay.
I also provide a Hoover, Hairdryer, iron/ironing board, rotary washing line and a selection of cleaning products to help make your stay more comfortable and easier for you :)
The Seven Bays Park is a family friendly park and the location is perfect for exploring the area and beaches that are all within a few miles. There is a lovely cafe called Beaches on site, launderette facilities and lots of areas for the children to run around and play so you can make the most of your holiday on the sunny decked area :) There is also a handy local shop, cafe/bar/takeaway and tennis courts all within walking distance.

The caravan is available to book from Saturday to Saturday.
Check out is on or before 10am and check in is no earlier than 4pm on your day or arrival.
Please do get in touch with your dates and if I am able to accommodate you with other check in dates/times I will do my best to help you out.
There is a key box at the caravan and on confirmation of your booking I will provide details of the pin and also directions to the caravan.
This is a strictly non smoking and no dogs/pets caravan.
I do not provide any bed linen or towels however I do supply all duvets, pillows and protectors for your stay which are all changed over/cleaned after every booking.
There is a (non refundable) deposit of £100 payable to secure your booking with the balance due on or before 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Payment is via BACS (bank transfer).
IF YOU WOULD PREFER TO PAY BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD I ADVERTISE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE THAT CAN TAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS - PLEASE ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE THIS OPTION , THERE IS A SMALL ADMIN FEE FOR THIS SERVICE.
There is a security deposit of £50 payable, This will be refunded fully within 5 working days after checking the caravan after your departure.
