This was our 4th visit and are back again in August! Can't recommend enough. Caravan is spotless and everything is thought of. Owners are always contactable and helpful. Amazing facilities on site and gorgeous beach! Highly recommend!

This caravan is lovely, comfortable and cozy, for us it was perfectly situated as we had our dog with us and we were close to the dog park and beach. The owner Cheryl was brilliant, great communication and genuinely cared that we enjoyed their family holiday home, lovely lady.

We had a wonderful weekend away. The caravan is beautifully decorated and has all the facilities you need and more. A real cosy home from home. The location is excellent with the beach and seal sanctuary a very short walk away. Cheryl made sure we had all the information we needed and was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Home from home! Everything was as advertised. The site was very clean and the clubhouse very welcoming as were the local pubs and restaurants.

Cheryl and Darren have created a little haven - the van is beautiful very homely and welcoming - each room has its own Tv the kitchen has all you need to create own meals. There’s even a lovely bonus outside seating area that’s is so serene. Close to many amenities at the edge of the site, there’s lots to do both on/ off the park, but far enough to not be to noisy. All of my 3 teens loved their break as did my daughter and 4 year old grandaughter. We will be back at some point in the future

ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON! This caravan is more like a home from home! Attention to detail is amazing. The decor is clean, contemporary and very relaxed. 4 adults and a small dog were accommodated perfectly for our 5 day stay. The outside is very pleasant and clean too. We were lucky enough to be able to sit out to eat at the picnic table with pretty parasol. The whole feeling of the caravan and it's position on site is definitely serene and peaceful. It's located near to the edge of the site, which means just a 5 minute walk to the Ferry Boat pub and then a further 5 mins up to the fantastic beach from there. The beach stretches for miles and is a perfect place to recharge with plenty of space for all to relax, walk the dog or play the day away... All in all it was a great trip, made even better by having a simple booking system beforehand. All info was precise and easy to follow. Car passes also pre-booked to allow for ease of access once you arrive. Always plenty of parking and short pathways to access the caravan so you don't have to walk across the grass. Bins are located next to parking area. There is a frequent bus service and a lovely mini train that runs to and from the main attractions. The club house was buzzing and had a great atmosphere, but we didn't actually use those facilities having no kids on board! I'm sure that they would absolutely love this place if you are considering taking yours... It looks to me as if there are many friends and memories made at this wonderful site. (Which reminds me... our caravan had X-Boxes in most rooms to keep your kids amused if you get a rainy day!) Thanks to Cheryl and co for the use of your spacious caravan. So grateful for your 'Happy Place'!!! We will return... xx

Me, my dad and 3 children stayed in Cheryl's caravan. First of all it's stunning!!! Second of all my children made some marks on the sofa, they're children. I told Cheryl myself and she was so, so lovely about it. Best holiday. My children have loved it! We'll definitely be back!!

THE CARAVAN WAS CLEANED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD WITH SO MANY EXTRAS THAT MADE OUR STAY VERY PLEASANT IT WAS A HOME FROM HOME . Wow! What can I say apart from this is a fantastic caravan. It’s well thought out and feels very homely. Everything you need is at hand. Due to family bereavement I had to leave early but the time I had was just what I needed. I’ll definitely be going back next year with my granddaughter.

The caravan was well presented outside with a lovely seating area and soft lighting and we wasn't disappointed when entering either. Very clean, well presented and cosy, the space was surprising as well. Excellent instructions and communication with everything you needed Including tea and coffee. Lovely, spotlessly clean and cosy caravan. Cheryl tries to make this an occasion for you by adding home from home comforts, such as the games and the air fryer which was a blessing with young hungry kids, not to mention the crispy bacon for breakfast! Plenty of car parking spaces nearby but not directly by the caravan which threw us at first but wasn’t a problem. Short stroll to the amenities but far enough away to be quiet and able to sit outside on the patio enjoying the sun and the quiet. Everyone had a fab time and would recommend. Thanks Cheryl.

We found the caravan very easily didn’t need a park map. Plenty of parking. The caravan was extremely well presented with outside eating area on a freshly painted patio. Inside smelt amazing and was fresh, clean and modern. Twin bedrooms are identical but children still had to draw straws to decide who got which one. Lots of wardrobe space with plenty of coat hangers. WiFi was faultless. We did have an isolated issue with electrics which Cheryl swiftly resolved for us. Beds were freshly made for our arrival - thank you. Everything you need is provided for a home from home feel. Deposit has already been returned on day of departure very good service would definitely recommend. Thank you again Cheryl and family x

Cheryl really went above and beyond with our stay! Caravan was lovely and clean, with extras my kids realy enjoyed! In fact they asked if they could live there!! Cheryl made sure I could message with any queries at any point and put us at ease. Could not fault anything and she made my girls extremely happy. Would definitely book again!

Me and my 6 year old son stayed in Cheryl’s caravan for a weekend! The caravan was so lovely and clean, it was decorated really lovely throughout and felt really homely. There were games for my son to play which he loved! There is also an air cooker which was super handy for quick dinners in between all the activities we had booked! The site is great with lots to do, so we have booked again for this year and for next year! Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay here. The caravan was clean and beautifully set up - a real home from home. The owners were more than helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed for a lovely relaxing break. The location of the caravan is superb… close to the entertainment but not too close to be noisy. Fantastic proximity to the beach and seal sanctuary… just a comfortable stroll. The beach is stunning. Easy walking distance of Mablethorpe. This caravan would suit any requirements from solo traveller to couple to family. Would thoroughly recommend this caravan.
