Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Laurel Rise area at Primrose Valley and has its own private parking space next to the caravan. Its located around a 1-2 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access

Outside Area: The front decking has outside seating and is assessable from the patio doors. There is a large grassed area to the side of the caravan.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two seater sofa, two armchairs, a 42’ TV and a electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a full size fridge freezer. The dining table seats up to 4 and there is 2 stools at the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (x1 double and x1 twin) sleeping 4 guests plus an infant in total. Both bedrooms do have their own TVs. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and shower en-suite to the master. A hairdryer is also provided.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also a electric fire in the lounge.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
