Our Woodland Lodge is nestled in amongst the trees in a lovely spot at Kelling Heath. It sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Master bedroom with a double bed and plasma TV. Second bedroom has two 3ft single beds.

The Lounge has 2 comfortable sofas. Flat-screen TV with DVD player and free-view channels. ( a large selection of dvds are available) Dining table seats 4. The kitchen is well equipped, 4 ring hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher.

Enclosed large garden with trees all around. Parking spaces. There is a large wooden table and 6 chairs plus a lockable shed. BBQ supplied (please bring your own charcoal)

Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach/pool towels). Beds are made up for your arrival and a welcome pack provided. As we live locally, be assured of a personal service from the moment your enquiry is made. We have guests return year after year.

Kelling Heath Holiday Park has 300 acres of woodland, the beauty of the park is outstanding, everything you need to relax, ideal for families and couples.

It offers a range of recreational activities on site: cycling (cycle hire available from Huff & Puff on site), outdoor pool and sun terrace, restaurant and bar, pizzeria takeaway, a well stocked shop with lovely local produce and gifts available, petanque (boules), Health & Leisure centre with indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (charges apply but 2 for 1 Leisure Centre vouchers available to our guests for the duration of your stay), tennis courts, fishing pond (licence required), adventure playground for young and old children, trim trail.

Wifi available in the bar and the restaurants.

Kelling Heath Holiday Park is well situated for local areas such as Sheringham, which has a fantastic sandy beach at low tide, quaint independent shops and a host of cafes and restaurants, Cromer, which again has a sandy beach, lovely pier and a zoo! Blakeney, Morston and Cley are all within easy reach.

Short breaks always available depending on availability and time of year. Longer lets also available upon request. Please contact me for details.

What a beautiful welcome we had in this beautiful holiday home. We have stayed at Kellingheath many times over the years and this is one of the most clean, well equipped and welcoming homes we have stayed in. It is also very well insulated so no need for the heating to be in full unlike many other homes we have stayed in in the colder weather.. so we weren't told off for using too much gas like we have done previously on our last stay at kelling heath ???? It was warm and cozy, with lovely good quality beds, bedding and towel bales for each person. Tracey even left some trick or treat sweets for our children, as well as a lovely welcome basket....so thoughtful. We will definitely be booking this home again. Thank you again Tracey.

My husband and I have just returned from a four night stay at Kelling Heath. The lodge is fantastically well-equipped, spotlessly clean and conveniently located for the central Village Square whilst being delightfully secluded and peaceful. Tracey is an excellent host. Booking was really simple - Tracey responded to emails really quickly and provided helpful directions and a map to help us find our way to the lodge. It was also a wonderful touch to find a welcome basket on our arrival that contained tea, coffee, biscuits and orange juice, as well as a pint of milk in the fridge so that we could have a cup of tea straight away. This really is a fantastic lodge, set in a beautiful location with a great host. We look forward to returning!

We returned once again, having last stayed in September 2018 and once again our host Tracey helped make our arrival, stay and departure so easy. Luck was again on our side, weather-wise, but, even on a dismal day we had the lovely surroundings of the lodge to relax in. Upon arrival was the fruit and goodies basket along with fresh milk in the fridge. We highly recommended this lodge and remember, Tracey is always there to help you. I just know we will once again return. Thankyou Tracey????

From the very first time we spoke with Tracey things couldn't have gone easier. Even to the fact that she met us as we arrived. We were certainly blessed with the weather but it was the quality of the lodge that made our holiday complete. Also, upon arrival there was a lovely 'welcome' basket containing goodies, tea and coffee as well as fresh milk in the fridge. We are certainly coming back ????
