The Sandpiper is a fantastic place to unwind. It offers wonderful views. The spacious decking area is to the front and side elevations.

This lovely holiday home is light airy and spacious but still retains a cosy feel.

One double bedroom with ensuite toilet and washbasin, plus two twin bedrooms and family bathroom .

Spacious lounge with wall mounted Smart tv, Alexa, wifi, board games. There is a comfy sofa and 2 easy chairs.

Extensive decking to front and side elevations with seating and outside dining table. Extensive uninterrupted panoramic views of the lagoon and surrounding area.

The generously sized lounge has full width patio doors giving access to the decking, there is an outside dining table plus sun chairs and bench.

The Sandpiper is perfectly placed for exploring the lakes, Black Coombe, Coniston, Windermere are all within easy distance. Hodbarrow RSPB is but a short walk.
