About the owner

Our names are Jim & Tanya & we are Caravan owners at both Sand Le Mere Holiday Village & Patrington Haven Leisure Park East Yorkshire. To help cover costs we started renting out our holiday homes. This got us thinking that perhaps other owners may like to rent out their holiday homes too but with family and work commitments didn’t have the time. After speaking with some owners we found that this was in fact the case. With us having over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, such as managing Holiday Apartments in the busy town of Stratford Upon Avon to running pubs which have Bed & Breakfast rooms, we made the decision to move closer to the sites & start up our own rental & maintenance company. All of our holiday homes are equipped with everything that you need to ensure that your holiday is as stress free as possible BUT if there are any problems then we are just a phone call (& 10 minute drive) away! We hope to help you make lots of special memories with your loved ones!

Great for families. F4 is a 3 Bed with a sofa bed in the lounge sleeping up to 8 people.

There is a large open plan lounge/dining area with plenty of space for everyone to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for catering for all you needs.

There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and then 2 more bedrooms both with twin beds.

It has a shower room and the added bonus of a separate WC, so no queuing in the mornings!

It benefits from double glazing & central heating so ensures that you’ll feel warm & cosy on those chilly nights.

Also have it's own WIFI.

Outside there is a small, gated decking area and parking is a short walk away.

Located right next to the clifftops it is just a 5 minute walk to the entertainment complex.

Bed linen can be included at an extra charge, guests must take their own towels.

Sand Le Mere is the perfect place to suit everyone, from those who enjoy a more relaxed holiday walking, fishing in the well stocked onsite lake or on the beach to those who want to enjoy the great activities that the park has to offer. There a smart new complex including an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, an indoor soft play area and amusement arcade. An outdoor adventure playground, craft area, climbing wall, shop, restaurant/bar, café and takeaway are also on offer. At night you can enjoy fabulous entertainment in the Showbar which includes cabaret, bingo and quizzes. Sand Le Mere is also the 1st holiday park to launch a sensory playroom for children with autism, ADHD and Asperger’s syndrome.
