Brand new 2023 modern caravan, 2 minutes walking distance from main complex. Situated on a quite cul-de-sac, close to playing field and park

Close to the beach, 10 minutes walking down the path - Remember your towels and buckets and spades.

Our caravan has 3 bedrooms all with smart tv’s with Netflix and other apps available to use.

Full central heating throughout.

1 double room, and 2 with 2 single beds, and a double pull out sofa bed in the front room.

65inch smart tv with Netflix and prime etc all included and also a Xbox series x with a large variety of games to choose from.

Large variety of board games to play for all the family.

Children’s outdoor games.

Outdoor sofa and chair with table for relaxing outside.

BBQ to use on those sunny days.

Private parking.

WIFI and bedding included in the price.

2 toilets with sinks, One in the shower room and a smaller one next door, both with shelves and mirrors. Towels and toiletries not provided.

Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.

All gas and electric is supplied in with the price of rental.

Funwork passes are not included.

Shop, bars, food outlets including burger King, Millie's cookies, papa johns, fish shop. Also the main swimming pool, and arcades live lounge and show bar with daily entertainment until midnight every day.
There's the Lakeside bar and restaurant with another swimming pool and outdoor swimming ( outdoor only open during summer periods) at other end of park with the boating lake, where you can find all fun activities to do, at extra cost.

Outdoor cinema, sand pit, mini golf, go karts and fair ground rides, and lots of fun things to do for all the family
