We are delighted to share with you our 2020 Swift Loire 2 bed caravan, which sleeps up to 6 people, located in Juniper Close just a short 5 minutes’ walk to the main complex and to the beach. We have a fully enclosed wraparound deck, outdoor seating area with lovely sea views. There is space for parking on the grass next to the side of the van as well as a large grass area in front of the caravan for you to enjoy.

Our fully equipped self-catering kitchen comes with all the necessary tools to make you feel right at home. We have an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with a 4 gas ring burner, microwave, toaster, kettle and dining sets.

We have a 50” TV in the lounge area for you to enjoy with a large L-shaped seating area, fixed dining area with stools and access to free Wi-Fi and Netflix.

Our caravan has gas central heating and is fully double glazed with the added benefit of an air-conditioning unit for those hot summer days we all hope for.

The Master bedroom has a double bed, with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.

Twin room has 2 beds and a fitted wardrobe.

There is a double pull out bed under the sofa, in-front of the window in the lounge area.

We have a shower in the main bathroom.

All duvets, pillows and bed linen will be provided.

When you book a private caravan, you will have the luxury of knowing where on the park you will be located before your arrival. There will be no need to queue for check in as the key is secured in a key safe at the caravan so you can start your holiday straight away.

If you would like entertainment passes, these can be purchased direct from Haven. Passes allow you to access some of the facilities on site (including either of the
Entertainment Venues and free access to the swimming pool – booking is advised although there is usually availability on the day but this cannot be guaranteed) If you chose not to purchase passes there is still plenty to do on site including access to the arcades, food court, Slim Chickens, Mini Market, outdoor play areas, beach, sports areas as well as South Beach Café and the Sports Bar. Or you can ride the bus into Exmouth for a different kind of break.


***Please note that during the week you will hear noise from the firing range which is down near the beach. Seasoned Devon Cliff visitors will tell you that you get used to the noise.
